Your mission
You’ll be responsible for scaling our product from early traction to mass adoption - setting the vision, leading the product organization, and ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value to customers and the business.
You will work closely with customers, as well as all internal stakeholders like founders, engineering, commercial and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Product strategy & roadmap: Define a crisp product vision, translate it into measurable goals and an execution roadmap aligned to company objectives.
Preparation & assessment: Lead a rigorous discovery and assessment phase for each initiative (problem framing, scope, feasibility, risks, success metrics, technical implications)
Tight engineering collaboration: Co-create solutions with Engineering; leverage platform capabilities, propose and develop platform features together
Delivery excellence: Ensure high-quality implementation flows, from concept to rollout; maintain healthy backlogs; remove blockers; take ownership for excellent product quality and UX standards.
Analytics & outcomes: Define and track KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, revenue/ROI); run experiments; drive continuous improvement based on data.
Cross-functional communication: Keep business, customers, and tech aligned; present plans and progress with the right fidelity to each audience.
Team & culture: Build, mentor, and elevate a product team that cares deeply about progress, entrepreneurial thinking, and ownership.
