Your mission
You’ll help build the ops engine that powers the business, working hands-on with real customer cases while learning how a company runs end-to-end - from customer onboarding and tooling, to execution and documentation. You’ll process applications, keep systems clean, generate invoices, and turn messy reality into repeatable processes. This is a high-output role where reliability and speed matter.
It’s also a rare opportunity to learn how a startup actually operates from the inside at a very early stage - working closely with the founders and experienced operators. We’re looking for someone to start immediately for a 6-month internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations
- Process customer applications: check captured information, track onboarding progress, move support tickets forward, and communicate with customers (email/phone) to resolve open items quickly.
- Maintain day-to-day CRM hygiene: keep contacts/companies/deals accurate, ensure required fields are filled.
- Help building and maintaining CRM workflows/automations to scale execution (e.g., task creation, reminders, stage-based actions, document-chasing flows, internal notifications).
Back Office Operations
- Prepare and pre-fill customer and internal documentation (onboarding packages, KYC/KYB sets, templates, declarations, internal forms).
- Generate and validate monthly credit-related invoices.
- Execute accounting operations tasks: prepare booking inputs, maintain supporting evidence, and ensure records are complete, consistent, and audit-ready.
- Maintain structured customer files and documentation trails (clean folders, naming conventions, completeness).
Process Building & Continuous Improvement
- Write and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates so workflows become repeatable and faster over time.
- Spot bottlenecks in onboarding and backoffice execution and push practical improvements (reduce manual steps, improve data capture, tighten templates).
- Support ops projects end-to-end: analysis, reporting, workflow automations, data cleanups - and jumping in wherever needed.
